HC costs 25 coins (about $5) per month. This is per 30 days rather than just per calender month, as obviously some months have more days in them than others). For these 25 coins you get:

How do I get HC?
From Hotel Veiw, click on the HC badge at the bottom of the screen on the right. You will then get this popup box appearing:
Click on the "Buy Subscription" button to get one month of HC. You can buy more than one month at the same time or buy more later on by clicking on the same badge again.
What happens to the gifts if my HC subscription runs out?
If your HC runs out although you will no longer be able to make rooms with HC layouts or get the monthly gifts, you will be able to keep those you already have. You won't be able to use the extra clothes or hair anymore either.
If your HC runs out and you buy it again later for that same account, the gifts will not start again from the beginning, but carry on from where you left off.
What happens after a year?
After a year as a HC member you get a sparkling gold version of the HC badge and the gifts repeat themselves over again from the Mochamaster - you will only recieve one HC Sofa and HC Plasto set as gifts no matter how many years you keep HC for. If you'd like any more of these you will have to trade for them.
