First of all if someone is claiming to be a staff member you must click on their habbo and see if they have one of the following badegs displayed:

If they do not have one of these badges displayed you should ask the habbo who is saying they are a staff member to show their badge. ALL Staff members have a badge and will never refuse to display it when asked. If the hobba claiming to be staff does so then they are probably lying.

Next look very closely at their name. A lot of people have been making names simmilar to Hotel Staff members in order to impersonate them. ALL Moderators have MOD- written before their name. This uses a capital O and not the number 0. You can check the Moderators and Hotel Staff's real login names against this list. We do not currently have a list of Hobbas, but we will update as soon as we do.

Any impersonaters should be reported immediatly.
